New Combine
Decided it was time to upgrade the combine. Found this 2022 S760 in Topeka, KS with 400 hours.
Sitting on yard in Topeka, KS.
Still has plastic on the seats.
Unloaded at HQ in Miles.
Tearing into it. A bunch to learn about this machine coming from a 9600.
Work needing needing done:
Remove round bar concaves and install new JD small wire concaves.
Install concave cover bands on 3 sections
Install 12 separator grate covers
Convert all the settings on machine over to small grain
Removing side hill package parts off chaffer
Greasing machine and checking fluids
Oiling chains
Adjusting chains and elevators.
Installing duals
Small wires are in! Man, wouldn’t want to do this multiple times a year for different crops!
